Reuven's Recipe corneR - How Not To Make Chocolate Chip Cookies

OK, this one's a little bit different than usual - more of a learning by (negative) example. Here's a very good way to make two very bad chocolate cookies.

but you can try the inverse -- make chocolate chip cookie dough, and add small peices to ice cream...
a friend did this with non-dairy homemade ice-cream, and it was a big hit!

and although i admire this guy's scientific process and inquisiteveness, it does make you wonder-- why?

This led me to the site from which the guy 'ripped off' the style for his article. And then I spent the next hour and a half reading through their articles with a few online friends. It was very amusing for us (given that we're somewhat easily amused).
